1. Delivery of Digital Products

All digital products, including eSIMs, virtual currency, video games, and multi-use or one-time use codes, are delivered instantly unless held for further verification.

1.2 Electronic Delivery
All codes and digital products are delivered electronically via email. Delivery typically occurs within 1 minute of payment approval.

2. Exceptions for High-Risk Purchases

2.1 Additional Verification
For purchases deemed high-risk, additional information may be required before delivery. In such cases, the delivery may be delayed while we verify the information.

2.2 Opportunity to Cancel
If additional information is needed, you will be notified, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the purchase at that moment if you do not wish to provide the requested information.
